What is it? |
Find it! allows simultaneous searching of multiple databases for articles or images. It also allows you to find relevant databases or e-journals by title, subject or name. |
What does it contain? |
Hundreds of selected online periodical indexes, audio-visual materials, numeric and spatial data, and reference sources. It also contains the records and links for thousands of e-journals. |
When would I use it? |
Use Find it! to find articles, databases, e-journals, and images. Use it to search more than one database at a time; to see which search terms or databases give more results; to do a very simple search for a few quick articles on a general topic. |
What does a search return? |
Results may include: citations and sometimes full text articles; online indexes and databases for more advanced searching; thumbnail images (for image searches); links to e-journal titles. |
How can I search or browse? |
You can search for databases and e-journals by title, description, and subject. You can browse by subject in the areas of General Interest and Reference, Arts and Humanities, Science and Technology and Social Sciences. |
