I'm getting this error message: "The resource you are trying to access at ... is not defined in our Cornell Library EZProxy table." What does this mean?
Note that the Host line in the error message will
be different for each resource.

1. Click on "Report a Problem Connecting" below.
2. Tell us that you received this message.
3. Tell us which resource you are trying to connect to.
We will update our table and contact you when the resource is available.

This error message will only be seen by off-campus users not dialing in to the
Cornell modem pool. It indicates a problem with a specific resource that library
staff need to fix. Send us the complete message using the Report a Problem
Connecting form, linked in the footer of this page. Be sure to let us know
which resource you were trying to use.
