Help : Technical Support : Resolve Errors and Technical Questions 

I typed my search in a Find it! search box and received "0 Hits" or "No Hits." I know that the search was correct and that I should have retrieved some records. What did I do wrong?

• Make sure Cookies are enabled in your browser
• Do not use quotation marks or boolean operators
• Make sure you are searching in the correct place. Each of the search boxes is designed to retrieve specific kinds of information.
  
  
  • Use Find it! if you are searching for citations* to journal articles, images, books, etc. on a specific topic. Make sure databases is checked if you are searching for an appropriate database which you can search for journal article citations*. Go to Find it! Quick guide.
  • Use Find e-Journals if you are searching for a specific electronic/networked journal (search by title). Go to Search tips for Find e-Journals.

   

  *In some cases you will be able to find links to the full-text article online.
